The firm could not operate without the hard work of five non-attorney members who provide administration and support for transactions and litigation. These individuals are Jennifer Fowler, Jodi Whitaker, Karla Runquist Joseph, Jennifer Noonan, Joella Bailey, and Cayleigh Ward. Between them they have many decades of experience in office administration and paralegal services, including document drafting, proofing, funding, and litigation support. Every non-attorney member of Mailloux & Marden maintains proficiency through continuing education as new developments arise in relevant areas of practice.
We're seeking an Associate
Applicant will engage in general practice with an emphasis on criminal, family, and civil litigation. We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, and a retirement plan. No experience required. We are looking for a self-starter, who is outgoing and attracted to a career in litigation, with strong ethics and a long-term commitment to the firm and the community. The associate will be expected to work in-person and have an interest in a variety of practice areas. Belfast is a great coastal community in which to live, raise a family, and practice law. It is also the county seat, with a new state-of-the-art Judicial Center that opened in March, 2019.
